Implant Design sets economical standards in the implantology

For the adjustment to respective bone conditions three implant forms with uniform structure connection are to the user with CSL (Classic Screw LINE), BSL (Biologic Screw LINE) and bpisystems-Zircon-Implant at the disposal. So that only 1 tray for the application of the three implant lines is needed. With favorable entrance possibilities we offer a cost-neutral system introduction to the clinic.

The uniform, anatomical connection offers an absolutely direction-independent, retention-free uncoupling of all system superstructures as well as a safe and distortion-free impression also with extreme divergent positioned implants. That is the condition for a tension-free prosthetic and for the avoidance of system-dependent repetition expenditure for the laboratory work.

With the multi-functional system components highest economy is reached. The user receives with the implant all necessary components (cover cap, impression post which can be used as final abutment and prosthetic screw) for a prosthetic basic supply. Hereby an economical implant supply can be offered to the patient.

Ideally the implant shoulder adapted to the natural bone profile and the CEJ direction (Scaloped Design) allows an variable in height positioning between equicrestal and equigingival. With the stabilization of existing hard and soft tissue structures, in particular the interdental bone lamellas, cosmetically most significant reconstructions with maximum papilla preservation, as a condition for an optimal red white aesthetics,will be successful. Expensive reconstruction using augmentation is often preventable.

The implants are offered with sterile drills for single use for one patient only. Thus brings the surgeon on the safe side and reduces the high expenditure for instrument maitenance and QM-documentation.

New ceramic implant of bpisystems

The development department of the company BPI Biologisch Physikalische Implantate GmbH & Co. KG succeeded to develop a two-piece zircon oxide implant made ready for the market. The availability at the market will be given in the course of the 1st quarter of 2009.

The new ceramic implant shows the same docking struktures as the original bpisystem implants in titanium. The characteristic is to be seen in the fact that the abutment is screwed to the implant. The process of integration is not disturbed by mikro movements during healing period.

The screw connection ensures a simple handling. In case of a soft tissue correction the abutment is unscrewed and the recovery with connective tissue transplants is accomplished. The zirconium oxide implants of bpisystems show the same strength as one-piece ceramic implants. The surface is nano-structured and is to compare a nano-structured titanium surface regarding the process of integration.

Further the surface of the zirconium oxide implant features hydrophilic characteristics.
